Terms
1. Advance booking
Reservations can be made throughout the year. However, after the 20 June it is only possible to make reservation for min. one week in the peak season by telephoned order, otherwise we ask you to please book online. Full payment is required by online orders.
A non-refundable deposit of € 69, - is payable within 2 weeks of making a telephoned or mailed reservation and the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. When booking a cabin the deposit is € 138,-, which is payable within 2 weeks after making the booking and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
2. Deposit and reservation fee for season pitches
For spring and season pitches a deposit of € 138 is payable no later than 15.01.11. The rest is payable at check-in.
Summer pitch: Deposit of € 138 payable at 01.06.11. The rest is payable at check-in.
Autumn pitch: Deposit of € 138 payable at 01.07.11. The rest is payable at check-in.
3. Cancellation
The campsite must be notified as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. Deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation and refunds policy
If you have ordered our cancellation insurance you are able to cancel your booking on the following terms:
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, total amount paid is reimbursed except for 10% of total costs and an administration fee of DKK. 250,-
- Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, 50% of total cost is reimbursed except for an administration fee of DKK. 250,-.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, none of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
4. Arrival and departure
Time of arrival for reserved pitches is from 1pm and time of departure no later than noon. Arrival in the chalets is from 2pm and departure at 11am. The chalets must be cleaned before departure. A cabin check is arranged on arrival.
5. Please note
Campsite must be informed of any major delays. If we do not hear from you, the pitch will stay reserved until 10 am the following day after which it will be rented out.
