Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Camping card is required. If you do not have a camping card, you can order one online or buy one at the reception desk. Guests staying in a cabin are also required to have a camping card.

If you have made a reservation we ask that you please bring your confirmation letter or inform us of your booking number.

The reserved pitch is available from 1 pm. and cabins from 2 pm. For earlier arrival please call the reception.

Campers and tents must be placed within the marked pitch area. The pitch is marked out with red posts with the pitch number in the middle.

Owing to fire hazard we ask the guests to please uphold a distance of 3 meters between the caravans/tents.

Only one car allowed per pitch or cabin. Additional cars must be parked outside the gate on the parking lot.

Electric outlet is the blue CEE with 10 A.

The reception is open all day. However, opening hours vary according to the season. For further information please ask at the reception desk.

A brochure of the campsite with a map is handed out as well as an activity plan and entrance cards to the indoor play land and swimming pool, if these are included in one’s stay. Additional information on current activities is posted in the windows of the Toppy House.

Bread is available from 8 am and can be ordered the day before (only necessary in the spring and autumn season).

The cards for the indoor activities are personal and one card per person is necessary.

Wash machine costs DKK 35, - including washing powder.

WLAN is free of charge in the reception area. Furthermore, there is an internet café free of charge. There is also TDC hotspot available on the campsite.

Credit cards are accepted (2.75% fee on international credit cards). It is possible to exchange money in the reception where an ATM is also stationed.

Dogs are allowed on the campsite! They must be kept on a leash and taken for their walk outside the campsite. Dog stations with litter bags are stationed around the campsite.

The gate is closed from 10 pm until 7am No cars are allowed to drive in this period, and the campsite must be quiet.

Guests should register at the reception desk where they can buy a guest ticket for DKK 15,-. Tickets are valid the whole day from 7 am until 10 pm.

We offer bike rental. Please ask at the reception desk.

Guests must park their cars outside the gate on the parking lot.

Gas cylinders can be exchanged in the store.

Departure is at noon for campers and at 11 am from the cabins after they have been cleaned and inspected (inspection only in the luxury cabins).

During the spring and autumn season departure can be postponed until 4 pm at the latest in case the pitch is not booked for the same day. Please ask at the reception desk.
